Can I Pre-Order for Pickup? How Does It Work?

Skip the lines! We now offer online ordering with in-store pickup when you pre-pay using a bank account and routing number via Stronghold.
All Pickup orders can be picked up starting at 10am any day of the week.
Stronghold ACH transactions take up to three days to post to your account, since they are processed in batches. You will not see the money leave your account immediately.
Online orders require a $50 minimum purchase.
There is a $3.75 fee applied to all electronic transactions.
You must be 21 or older to place an online order; please have a valid/matching government-issued ID available for online ordering and for in-store pickup.
Track your order progress on our website. When your order is “ready,” you can come to the store and retrieve your purchase (report directly to the front door and show your pickup order). Once you claim your order, the website will mark the order “complete.”
Online pickup orders that are not claimed within seven days will be cancelled and refunded.

Please note refunds may take a day to post to the account.
